What’s happening at the first hole? 👀⛳️
What started as a fairway expansion project came with a little surprise: drainage decided it wanted in on the renovation, too.
The good news? The work is setting the first hole up for an even better future. The newly expanded fairway will take until late spring to fully grow in, so the area will remain roped off for the rest of the season. Please help us give that new turf a fighting chance by keeping feet and carts off the area.
And there may be more history ahead. We’re also hoping to eventually bring one of the hole’s historic bunkers back into play, a little nod to Riverside’s past as we continue improving the course for the future.
For now, pardon the ropes. Good things are growing. 🌱⛳️
