Practicing under infrared heat, we deliver smart, effective workouts and mindful movement—building strength, balance, and community in Salem. Yoga Sakti is the largest boutique fitness center in Boston that has everything you need to achieve optimal health. We specialize in a variety of yoga styles, including all levels of hot power, vinyasa, and restorative yoga, as well as the only yoga wall on the North Shore. Our classes are open to all levels, and our instructors offer modified positions for beginners. In addition to Yoga, we also offer TRX, Pilates, barre, spinning, and conditioning classes, as well as combination classes. With over 85 classes per week taught by the top instructors in the area, you are sure to find a class that works for you! We also provide locker rooms with showers, lockers, and towels. We carry several unique lines of fitness wear to fit your style. Our attached Wellness Center includes nutrition counseling, hypnosis, and massage therapy. Yoga Sakti is a lifestyle center where you can customize your fitness and get a full body experience.
