It's time to get started on the work for 2026💪

Current 7th-11th graders interested in playing volleyball at the either the MS or HS level in the fall are invited to attend!

‼️If you are not in a winter or spring sport, your attendance is expected‼️

Academic Scheduling Suggestions- As academic scheduling begins for JCHS, ALL athletes are HIGHLY encouraged to take either Intro to Athletic Performance or Athletic Performance. This allows us to continue the weight room work during season without taking away from practice time.

Work starts this coming Tuesday, February 3rd! 🎉
