Camp Wigwam for Boys A Summer Camp for Boys in the White Mountains of Maine. Camp Wigwam, founded in 1910, is located in southwestern Maine in the foothills of the White Mountains.

The entire property is cradled in a majestic pine grove on the natural white sand beach of Bear Lake. What makes Wigwam so unique is our attention to each and every camper’s growth as a young man while they discover friendships that will last a lifetime. Bashful or outgoing, athletic or not, every camper becomes part of the ever-growing Wigwam family. We offer a very personalized atmosphere, with four campers and a counselor in each cabin. Golf lessons are offered daily, with trips to one of four local courses six days a week. Our final camper group arrived and left with another memorable week here at Wigwam. The NSSRA campers love every minute of this place: campfires, hiking, dance parties, and, of course, the Sea Dogs. The years this group has been together is an unbelievable number. Here's to next year! 🏕

IT'S CAMPER ARRIVAL DAY!!!

Today is the day we've been counting down to for months.
Today, siblings from across Maine will arrive. Hugs will be shared. Cabins will fill with laughter. Friendships will begin. Memories will be made.
Our counselors, staff, volunteers, and supporters have worked so hard to make this week possible, and now the moment is finally here.

Camp to Belong Maine 2026 starts TODAY, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome our campers home for the week.
