A good day outside has a way of bringing people together.

We spent ours on the sporting clays course, followed by an afternoon gathered around a Lowcountry boil—good food, cold drinks, and plenty of stories shared after the last shot of the day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it a day worth remembering.

The last long weekend of summer calls for a few more shells in your pocket and a few good friends beside you.

Hidden Brook will be open throughout Labor Day weekend, with special hours on Monday. Bring the family, round up a few friends, and make a day of it on the sporting clays course.

Labor Day Weekend Hours:
Friday | 10 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday | 9 AM–5:30 PM
Sunday | 12–5 PM
Monday, Labor Day | 9:30 AM–2 PM

No reservations required. Just come on out, check in, and enjoy the course.

The best days outside are even better when they’re shared.

Late summer is still hanging on at Hidden Brook, with long days made for gathering a few friends, family, or old hunting buddies and heading out for a round of sporting clays.

No reservation needed. Just check in at the Welcome Building and head out on the course. Gun rentals, ammo, and carts are available on site.

Good company, fresh air, and an afternoon well spent.

The Second Annual Wilkes Chamber Clay Classic is coming to Hidden Brook Sporting Club September 24–25, 2026.

Gather your team of four for a day on the sporting clays course featuring 14 challenging stations, friendly competition, and plenty of opportunities to connect, all while supporting the Wilkes Chamber of Commerce and Chamber Foundation.

Registration is $250 per shooter and includes:
• 100 targets
• 5 boxes of 12- or 20-gauge ammunition per person
• Catered lunch
• Awards and raffle prizes
• Networking and team-building opportunities

Gun rentals will also be available.

Whether you bring coworkers, clients, friends, or family, it’s a great reason to spend the day outdoors and support the Wilkes County community.

There’s nothing quite like a Low Country Boil after an afternoon spent outdoors.

Join us at Hidden Brook on September 5 for fresh shrimp, smoked sausage, corn, potatoes, live music, and good company gathered around the table.

Come early and make a day of it. Arrive at noon for a round of sporting clays before the boil gets underway from 2–5 PM.

Winter is best spent in the field.

Pheasant Hunts return to Hidden Brook this season with a full sporting experience built around fast-flying birds, exceptional dogs, good food, and the camaraderie that comes with a day outdoors.

Join us for Day One’s Tower Shoot, beginning with a proper breakfast before 12 stations of shooting around the tower, followed by house libations and a leisurely wild game lunch. Or make a weekend of it and return for Day Two’s Flushing Shoot, following the dogs through the fields in pursuit of birds from the day before.
