fixing these small mistakes will change the way you feel the movement completely!

1. Rows - make sure your elbows are tucked in and pull the bar toward your belly button

2. Dead Hang - protract your scapula

3. Kettle bell swings - keep your back straight

4. Plank - protract your scapula again!

5. Deadlift - keep your head down
