We are taking extra measures at the gym to help keep everyone in good health. We have multipurpose disinfecting solution all around the gym including Clorox mixed with water in spray bottles. We ask everyone to please wash there hands before starting there workout/warm-up and again once they are done with there workout. Washing of hands for 20 seconds or longer has proven to be much more affective than hand sanitizer (which can spread germs) Also please help wipe down any and all cardio equipment used. We have soap in all bathrooms and in the kitchen for easy use. Thank you for your support!!

Hi everyone,
My children’s school Queen of all saints is doing a toy drive and are asking for donations of new unwrapped toys. The toy donations will go to Lurie’s children’s hospital. If anyone would like to donate please give toy donations to Johnny and I will drop them off when I take ours in. All donations must be dropped off to Johnny by December 10th.
