Laura Stamm Power skating will be at NSIA from December 26th-28th

At Laura Stamm Power Skating we focus on teaching the proper skating techniques to increase the player's power, explosiveness, and agility. We do this by focusing on technique while the players skate slowly and well within their comfort level. Once their techniques improve, we bring them back up to full speed so they can feel the effectiveness and efficiency of skating done correctly.

We are also excited to announce Coach Tom Boudreau and Boudreau Hockey will be offering small group and private training at NSIA for the 2023 - 2024 season.
