Saturday morning “Park Workout”
Yesterday’s Rain had me feeling BLAH! 😕
Kept it fun this morning and headed to the park 🚴🏼♂️🎟
Thought Process:
Have fun.
Build Muscle.
Resisted Plyometrics .
I wanted to enjoy the morning and didn’t get caught up in how many reps- I repeated the same circuit 4 times.

I decided to keep it fun this morning and head to the park 🚴🎟 ⠀

To be honest I came up with the workout as I was doing it and flowed through it.⠀
I cooked this meal in about 2 minutes!⠀
⠀
⠀

I am posting to show being prepared helps! ⠀

This tasty meal worked because even though I wanted to grab a protein bar because I was on the go, I was able to save the bar for later and eat a real meal since I was at home- Save the bars for when out and about.⠀

WHAT I DID:⠀
⠀
-I always have chicken or a protein source ready to go.⠀
- I mixed in the liquid aminos, the seasoned rice and the go stir fry veggies. Boom-Done!⠀
I get the rice and Stir fry from costco and in the freezer ready to go 🚀⠀
Note: I used liquid aminos instead of Soy sauce- Has the same taste😛

* Train with intent: Each exercise has name for a reason.
* Learn to contract your muscles: “ Don’t just move your body around “
* Check your form and technique often: You should know what a particular exercise looks and feels like.
