Join us link below! My roles in life include being a wife, a mom of two teenage girls, two crazy dogs, a cat and a snake, and I've been running a home-based business since 2014. Health-wise, I f
elt my best and had lots of energy in my 20s. But, let me tell you about my life changes in the decade between these times. Well, the number one biggest event was a move from Europe to the United States. Leaving our birthplace can have a huge impact on our health. Soon after my move, at the age of 27, I had my first child and entered into the world of motherhood. While my labor was an intense, harrowing three days, I had been fortunate enough to have an entirely enjoyable pregnancy with no health concerns. Those first years were wonderful and have no complaints about anything medically significant or even my weight. Everything changed with the birth of my second child four years later. Although I'm lucky to say the pregnancy was pleasant, my postpartum body did not react in the same way as the first time. My pregnancy weight stubbornly stayed with me, and I kept getting heavier. This is usually a sign of hormonal imbalance, though I didn't understand it then. This was only the beginning of an unhealthy period for me. In addition to the weight gain, I began to develop several health problems simultaneously. At 32, my gallbladder was removed after upon discovering large stone during an incredibly painful episode. Soon after the surgery, I suffered from liver inflammation, then predictably began having kidney issues, too. On top of all of this, I also struggles terribly with going to the bathroom. At that point, I was only able to have a small bowel movement every ten days or so. It was a celebration, the few times I only had to wait a week in between stools. You can imagine, the repercussions of holding in toxins and other things that a normal, healthy person should be eliminating daily. Looking back, I was taking several prescription medications pre and post surgery, undergoing tests, not eating or hydrating well, and battling my weight. All of this added a lot of stress, so my emotional state was unhealthy, too. Besides gut issues, I later developed asthma-like symptoms, chronic posture related pain, sleep irregularities, and constant fatigue. There were probably more concerns I don’t even remember now, but I bet this sounds familiar to so many of you. This was life in my 30s, until gradually shifted my focus and learned a different approach to whole body health. There are better ways to live and allow our bodies to perform as intended. The human body is an amazing, beautiful organism, and it can heal if you give it the chance. Today I often say to my client, “If you know better, you will do better.” Also, you may hear me constantly repeat that, “If I did it, you can too!” These are such simple words, but they are powerful. Well, my gallbladder is gone and I can’t change that, but my medications are gone, too. I'm back at the weight from my 20s and feeling healthy, energized, excited each new day and happy. For those of you who can't imagine this state of being anymore, I can teach you how to find your path. I can show you how to follow it daily. And, most importantly, I believe you can achieve your health and wellness goals.

What if eating well was never about perfection — but about awareness?
So many of us grew up either eating until our plates were empty or following rigid meal plans that left us exhausted and confused. Neither of those feels sustainable. Neither of those feels good.
Here is what I want you to know: your body is actually really wise. It knows when it has had enough. The problem is that most of us have been so disconnected from those signals for so long that we stopped trusting them.
During my 14-Day Reset, I teach simple visual cues that help you reconnect with your plate without obsession. A serving of protein like chicken or fish is roughly the size of a deck of cards. A serving of carbs like potatoes or rice is about the size of a baseball. Healthy fats like oils are about the size of a quarter.
These are not rigid rules. They are gentle guides back to your own body wisdom.
"She is clothed with strength and dignity." Proverbs 31:25
When we care for our bodies with intention and gentleness, we are honoring the temple God gave us.

Your body is already talking to you.
The question is whether you are listening.
Over the next two weeks, I want to invite you into a different kind of experiment.
Not a strict protocol. Not a rigid plan.
Just curiosity.
Become a gentle detective for your own body.
After you eat, pause for a moment.
Do you feel energized or heavy?
Clear-headed or foggy?
Satisfied or still searching for something?
After movement, check in.
Do you feel restored or depleted?
Calm or wired?
These signals are not random. They are your body communicating in real time.
And learning to read them is one of the most powerful skills you will ever develop.
This is not about perfection.
It is wisdom. The kind that builds over time when you actually start paying attention.
What is one signal your body has been sending that you have been ignoring?
Be honest with yourself. This is the week to start listening.

Have you ever wondered why some women seem to thrive on salads
while others feel amazing eating eggs and avocado?
The answer might be your metabolic type.
Some people are protein types. Their bodies do best with higher protein and healthy fats.
They feel more energized, satisfied, and mentally clear when fat and protein are the foundation.
Others are carbo types. They feel their best fueled by whole grains and vegetables.
Their energy is steady and their mood is more balanced when complex carbs anchor their meals.
Neither is better. Both are valid. Both are designed.
When you understand your metabolic type,
you stop fighting your body and start working with it.
Energy becomes more consistent. Cravings ease. You simply feel better.
The goal is not perfection. It is learning the language your body already speaks.
Have you ever noticed feeling dramatically different based on how you eat?
I would love to hear your experience below.
