September is National Recreation and Park Association month! 🐝🐛 Spot a pollinator and earn prizes when you submit observations through the iNaturalist app.

You can participate by exploring the nature and wildlife here in our Northbrook parks. Simply take a picture of a pollinator (bee, butterfly, bat, etc.) or plant🌿 and submit. Any observation you make will count during our event through September 30!

Talk about HEAT! 🌡 Thanks to our wonderful staff, Northbrook Sports Center Pool will be opening today, Tuesday, September 1 from 4-7pm. 💦

The children’s zero-depth area, vortex pool, water walk and lap pool will all be available for swimming. Please note that the dive well, including the climbing wall, diving boards and slide, will be closed.

😎 We’re excited to squeeze in some extra pool time and hope to see you there!
