First day of camp at GBN. Wonderful to see so many Jr Spartans at the next level.

For years, families have asked when Jr. Spartan Football would add a team for younger players.

This fall, we’re excited to launch our first-ever Bantamweight team for players who will be 7 or 8 years old as of September 1, 2026.

Teams Announced - August 21 (will be visible on Crossbar)

First practice - Week of August 30 (coaches discretion on date & time)

Regular season games - Sept 13 - Oct 25

Post season tournament - Oct 30 - Nov 1

Glenbrook North Junior Spartan Football & Cheer We are a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) organization offering Tackle & Flag Football and Cheerleading programs to the youth, grades 2-8, of Northbrook, IL. We are the official feeder program of the Glenbrook North Spartans.

There is still time to register for the camp at GBN - TOMORROW NIGHT! Jr Spartans is helping with the costs so it is free to all Jr Spartan players - we just need a signed waiver. Please DM us if you did not receive an email yesterday and need the waiver.
