GREAT WEATHER and hard & passionate soccer games @ Chicago Lakefront by all 8 teams U18/19-O40.
Many games with hard competition was a good preparation for the league season, conditioning, and will help select the all-star player pool to attend Ukraine soccer tournament in July.

8th: Connection 30 (forfeit Day 2)

2019 USSA CHICAGO LAKEFRONT SOCCER TOURNAMENT
Day 1 is OVER and 8 soccer games completed at Montrose and Wilson soccer fields on the Lakefront in Chicago,
Group A is tied on top with Diesel and Moldova with 1 win and 1 tie, and 4 points. Diesel is in first place based on the goal difference tiebreak. Moldova is in 2nd place. Connection 40 is in 3rd place with 1 win and 1 loss and 3 points. USSA 40 is in 4th place.
Group B has Lions in 1st place with 2 wins and 6 points. Connection and USSA U18/19 Elite are tied for 2nd with 1 win and 1 loss each, 3 points and the same goal difference, but Connection is 2nd place based on their head-to-head win, USSA U18/19 Elite are in 3rd place and Connection 30 are in 4th place with 2 losses.
Based on the games played on Day 2. Sunday, 4/7 in the morning, the placement games and tournament CHAMPIONSHIP will be played.
TROPHY CEREMONY for 1st and 2nd place teams will be at 2 pm.

United Stars SA is hosting the "2019 Chicago Lakefront Soccer Tournament" on April 6th and 7th at Chicago's Montrose Soccer Fields. 8 teams will compete, come see who will WIN THE TROPHIES.

USSA U18/19 boys GO UNDEFEATED in the Athletico Winter League, with coach/athletic director Igor S. and club director Michael C. CHAMPIONS!!!

Coach Igor training USSA U18/19 boys and instilling the WINNING mentality, confidence, and tactics to go undefeated in Athletico Winter league.

Coach Travis, head soccer coach at Coe College in Iowa sees USSA U18/19 play at Rockford College Showcase, comes to see team play again in Chicago, makes offers to 8 boys - 7 players and Michael visit Coe College in Iowa. Hosted by Coach, Athletic Director, players, and Assistant University Dean.Hard work pays off!
