Excited to host and offer a high level technical preseason prep practices to any and all local wrestlers. Coach Bridson comes with a high pedigree; 4x NH State champ, a couple New England titles, a 2x Beast of the East champ, NHSCA Senior AA, and multiple national level athletes developed since he began his coaching career.

Bittersweet, last day of camp! Our ninjas earned their Ninja shirts; one last climb, 2,705 burpees, some wrestling, and a well earned ice cream sunday. See all of you next summer.... and maybe some more Ninjas will be up for the challenge! 💪🥷📈
