→ Pigment needs time to settle and heal properly

🚫 NO direct sun exposure for 28 days
→ UV rays break down pigment during healing — use SPF always

🚫 NO sweating (gym, sauna, steam) for 5 days
→ Excess moisture lifts pigment before it's set
