“Matt DeLaire” a CFNR original tribute to a husband, a dad, a rock to this community, and now a missed member of the CFNR family.

With a record breaking Tuesday WOD we paid tribute to Matt DeLaire and all of his favorite (although somewhat difficult) movements. Shoutout to our members for showing up and even those outside our small community 🤍

Behind the numbers:
-8/01 was the date of his passing
-6/22/77 his birthday
-3 his soccer number

Memorial Services info:
Friday: Visitation at Tusc Memorial Chapel 6-8pm
Saturday: Funeral services at St. Francis Church 2pm

Over the course of the month, accumulate total pounds lifted in these 4 lifts.

Squat: Bodyweight x 200
Deadlift: Bodyweight x 200
Clean: Bodyweight x 125
Shoulder to Overhead: Bodyweight x 100

* Any variation of the movement counts.
* Must be a loaded movement (air squats don’t count)
* All strength, metcon and extra work count
* Warm-up sets DO NOT count - only your working sets.

Example:
145 # Athlete
* Squats: 29,000 #
* Deadlifts: 29,000 #
* Cleans: 18,125 #
* S2OH: 14,500 #
