In 1999, I sat on this cliff in Inis Mór.
I was 20, young, fearless, and fully in the moment.
This past summer, I sat in the exact same spot, a few more wrinkles, a lot more life, and with my husband and kids filling the rocks behind me 💚 without even realizing I’d once taken a photo right there.
I found the photo from ‘99 just the other day and seeing the two moments side by side felt completely surreal. The same place, the same view… but an entirely different world, and an entirely different me.
A reminder that some moments only make sense years later. It felt like life had gently come full circle ✨
Grateful for the young version of myself that brought me here, and even more grateful for who’s with me now. 💚 💫

What you repeat, you create ✨
Here’s to becoming the best version of ourselves in the year ahead 💫
Every time we practice a skill, repeat a thought, or show up for a habit, our brain is literally changing. Do it enough, and what once felt hard becomes automatic.
Think of it like walking along the beach. The first steps barely leave a mark, but keep going the same way, and soon there’s a clear path. Do it enough, and it starts to feel effortless. That’s how habits are built. That’s how skills improve. That’s how our mindset can shift.
This works for everything, the good and the not so good. Stressful thoughts, positive routines, new skills… whatever we repeat gets reinforced 💪
So as we step into a new year, instead of overwhelming yourself with big resolutions, try asking:
-What’s one thing I want to get better at?
-What’s one habit I want to build?
-What’s one thought pattern I want to strengthen?
Start small. Repeat it often. Keep going, even when it feels boring. Over time, you might just surprise yourself with how much you grow 🌱
Here’s to being intentional about what we repeat in the year ahead ✨🤍

Lifting dumbbells, stretching joy, and embracing the chaos, one crazy day at a time! 💫 💪 Wishing you a holiday season full of strength and smiles ✌️

Because strength at this stage is about having the energy and the confidence for everything life throws at you 💪💗
It’s about showing up for you and everyone you care about, feeling good in your own skin, and knowing you can handle whatever comes your way 🙌💪😘

Not an everyday view, and that’s what made it humbling. Some of the best moments happen when we just sit still 🪟. Real growth isn’t always about pushing harder, it comes from pausing, being present, and letting your mind and body catch up. Sometimes, just noticing the moment is enough.💫 ✨

✨Midlife highlight: forgetting simple words and struggling to finish a sentence 🤯😔
Some days, my mind feels completely scattered and life feels a little messy, but that’s okay I guess, it’s all part of the process 🫤
Midlife doesn’t have to be a crisis 🛑
It can be a chance to pause, reset, and rebuild a steadier version of yourself and come back stronger than ever 💪 💡 ✨
I’ve found this part of life isn’t about chasing who I used to be…
It’s about building the clearest, calmest, and most aligned version of myself yet ✨
And while everyone’s path is different, here are a few simple things I’d like to share that actually help me feel better🩵 Because let’s face it. I’m not in my 20s or 30s anymore. And what worked for me then? It doesn’t now.
This chapter calls for new methods, deeper self-connection, and a whole lot more grace 🩵
And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it. I like this phase I just want to fine tune it 💪 Here’s what has helped me recently:
– Water before my morning coffee. A Must. ☕
– Eating within an hour of waking.
— No more long daily fasts.
– Getting outside + walking (daily, not perfectly), even for just 10 minutes.
– Balanced meals that include healthy carbs. 🥔
– Magnesium at night 🌙 🛏️
– Midday de-stressing: breathing/stretching (even 3 minutes counts) 🧘♀️
– Reducing time on my phone📱
– Minimizing alcohol, not joy 🎉
– Finding moments of presence, even in the chaos 💫
This is your time.
Own it.
Feel better than you thought possible. 🙌 😘

Smiling because I love what I do, and who I do it for 💫💛
Being a personal trainer doesn’t mean I’ve got it all figured out.
I’m a work in progress, always learning, evolving, and doing my best to grow so I can truly help the people I work with ✨
What works for me (or anyone else) won’t always work for you. That’s why I don’t do cookie cutter plans or speak to the masses.
I care about individuals and helping each person find what works for them 💪
I put my heart and soul into this work because I know how life changing it is to feel good in your body, and I want that for every client. 🫶
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about presence, passion, and helping you feel your best, whatever that looks like for you💛
