Brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo can change your life, when life gets hard and training becomes difficult, I’ve always remembered this mantra that one of my teachers taught me which was to “just train” even when the times are hard “just train “even when you’re injured , find what you can do during that time of injury and “just train”, so if you’re reading this and you’re thinking about training, this is my encouragement to you just come in and train the hard times will always be there at the end of those times, It’s nice to have something like refining movement and martial arts that you can achieve once those hard times pass.
