Today, we pause to remember and honor all the lives lost on September 11, 2001. From Long Island to New York City and beyond, the impact of that day will never be forgotten.
As a community, we row together in memory of the brave first responders, the innocent lives taken, and the families forever changed. May we always carry their strength, courage, and unity in our hearts. 🇺🇸🙏🏼

Yesterday we said ‘see you later’ to Hunter and Zach as they continue the next chapter of their rowing journey. These two showed up every day with dedication and energy, always bringing smiles and laughter to the team. They rowed their hearts out all summer and proudly raced together in a double at the Royal Canadian Henley. While we’ll miss their presence at practice, we are excited to see all they accomplish at the high school level. Best of luck, Hunter and Zach — we’ll be cheering you on!!

We’re in the home stretch — just 15 days left in our competitive summer rowing program! Yesterday was one for the books: our athletes learned how to sweep for the very first time, took the pairs out together, and capped it off with some great team bonding. It’s amazing to see how far everyone has come, and we’re excited to finish the season strong, together.

A huge thank you to everyone at the Royal Canadian Henley for being such incredible hosts! We had an absolute blast, left it all out on the water, and are already counting down the days until next year! 🇺🇸> 🇨🇦

Royal Canadian Henley: Day 3
Our Men’s U17 Double, Zach & Hunter, left it all on the water today. These two have trained and pushed themselves all summer long, and their hard work showed. They finished 5th in their heat, but 1st in our hearts. The fight, grit, and determination they brought will carry them even further next year — and we can’t wait to see them crush it.
