The eye contact.
The “AGAIN.”

But honestly? That’s why we get better.
Because around here every rep is coached, every win is celebrated, and every workout feels better than the last!

Let’s stop guessing and start healing.
If I wanted better energy, clearer skin, balanced hormones, and a body that feels good again — these are the habits I’d double down on:



1. Strength Train 2–3x/Week
→ Build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and age stronger — not weaker.

2. Regulate Insulin & Blood Sugar
→ Balance energy, reduce cravings, and lower inflammation.

3. Detox Your Environment
→ Less toxins = less hormone disruption, better liver function, and reduced daily stress on your body.

4. Prioritize Sleep Like It’s Medicine
→ Improve recovery, hormone production, immune function & mental clarity.

5. Calm the Nervous System Daily
→ You can’t heal in fight or flight. Breathwork, walks, and boundaries help your body finally exhale.

6. Heal the Gut
→ Less bloating, stronger immunity, better mood — it all starts in the gut.

7. Add Intervals at the End of Training Sessions
→ Improve cardiovascular health, boost VO2 max, and burn more fat in less time.

8. Eat Whole, Real Foods & Prioritize Protein
→ More energy, fewer crashes, better muscle tone, and long-term satiety.

175 SESSIONS 🔥 Cheers to our client Gina! This is what consistency looks like ✨🖤💛💪🏼

Coming into the new year, consistency is the biggest and most important tool you need as you travel towards your goals. Consistency comes in all shapes and sizes - meaning it isn’t ALL OR NOTHING, it’s not black vs white. Consistency isn’t THIS or THAT, it’s whatever you’re able to navigate to keep one foot in front of the other.

Some days your 100% may look like 50% if that’s all you have to give. But if you give all 50%, you’re giving your all for that day and that’s what matters! Gina has been an amazing example of how to continue moving forward despite every trench she’s had to move through.

Our community is filled with so many members like Gina so this is to shout out everyone who has build such a strong foundation on consistency. This is also cheers to everyone who is in the midst of building a consistent routine 🔥💪🏼

2025 is here, it’s your turn to fill your own cup! Your future self will thank your present self for your decision to be consistent. You deserve that from you and everyone around you deserves that version of you.

Outside of desiring physical and aesthetic goals, it’s easy to skip past our desire to feel confident.

Confidence doesn’t come from the way we look. It comes from what it took for us to get there.

Confidence isn’t rooted in exterior validation, it’s rooted in who you choose to be and who you show up as every day.

Our goal is to make you 1% better every time you come in. Our ability to help you navigate your journey is up to your willingness to show up. One thing we truly pride ourselves in is our ability to meet you where YOU are at not where we want you to be.

It is so easy to come across a gym that wants to help you reach your goals. But it is extremely difficult to find an environment that not only gives you the right tools but a place you can call home. Our coaches take so much pride in what we can do for you, and at the end of the day we are all stronger together!!
