I tell students all the time that when you compete the person opposite you is not your enemy. It’s just a training partner you haven’t met. The real enemies are the people out there like this person trying to do us harm. THIS is what we are training ourselves for.

This week we held our adult belt test. After an hour of sparring, students are required to demonstrate a required set of techniques. Do you think you have what it takes to get through this 2 1/2 hr test? From the 13 year olds to the 50 year olds to those with physical challenges…. Yeah, you can do this!

Last week we had our kids belt tests and promoted almost 70 kids! I can’t thank our amazing coaching staff enough. They do an amazing job week after week!
