You, your rower, and 500 meters tomorrow. That’s it. That’s the post. Okay fine — also: drive through your legs, stay consistent, and use your split time as your guide … you’ll thank yourself later

June = Summer of Strength 🧡 This month, it’s all about training with intention and building strength that actually sticks. What you do in class matters — and it shows up everywhere else.

Coach Ashley’s path to motherhood wasn’t simple — but it made this chapter even more meaningful. Now, she’s a proud mama to twin baby girls 🤍
She says, “I’m not being dramatic when I say the days I get my Orangetheory workouts in are the days I find my most patient and present self. Not every day I can pour into myself first, taking care of twin babies, but when I can, I’m so grateful I have Orangetheory as an outlet.”
A reminder that taking time for you isn’t selfish; it’s what allows you to show up at your best for everyone else 🧡✨

When Cristie first walked up to an OTF table and signed up, she had no idea how much it would change her life. Now, 1,300 classes later, it’s clear it became so much more than just a workout.
There was a time when Cristie didn’t know if she would ever become a mom. After seven difficult years of infertility, her journey to motherhood was anything but easy — but it gave her a perspective that shapes how she lives every day. OTF became a place of strength, support, and consistency through it all.
Now, as a mom of two daughters, Cristie continues to show up and give her all, setting an incredible example for them — one they now get to experience right alongside her. 🥹🧡

Meet Sarah from OTF Midlothian 🧡
“OTF has changed my life.” She’s now the strongest, happiest, and most confident she’s ever been.
Six years ago, she walked in with a bigger reason — to show her daughter (and herself) that they can do hard things, and that taking care of your health matters.
Because it was never just about the workout… it was about showing up, setting an example, and passing on something bigger: you are stronger than you think, and you can do anything you set your mind to 💫

Everything is a win when the goal is to experience. Sometimes it’s just about shifting your perspective.
