Looking for feedback. I've mentioned it in a few classes and the response is definitely promising.

Yoga and Pilates are incredible forms of exercise. However it's not going to build muscle and bone density to the same degree as weights. Women especially in middle age lose muscle and bone density at an alarming rate. A lot of us don't like the vibe of going to a gym, don't know what to do etc, it gets overly complicated. I was thinking about adding a 30 min strength class 2x per week. (I do not have days and times figured out yet but it would be evenings.) Cost would be $5, and you would have to bring your own weights. Who would be interested?

Tuesday combination class will start tomorrow at 6pm. HOWEVER! This will be a week to week thing. Tuesday has been my free day for a while so I have things scheduled a few months out here and there and I have a monthly book club meeting one Tuesday every month so be sure to check the page or message me to check. 😊
