If you are a guest wanting to access the facility during your time in Norton over the holidays (or any time) you can gain access one of two ways. You can go with a member and pay your $5 daily fee in the Dropbox provided OR You can download the RhinoFit app and sign up for a day pass or monthly membership, whichever best fits your fitness needs! Reminder: you must be 16 years or older to use our facilities without a parent. Thank you!
Define Gym
Define Gym and Salon is located in Norton, Kansas at 104 South Second. If you are wanting to pay for a full year membership you will receive 2 months free.
It is a membership based business with individual memberships costing $35/month and family memberships at $60/month. We will be open 7 days a week from 4:00am to midnight. Define Salon will be opening March 1st. You may schedule appointments with Elicia Wicker on Schedulicity under Define Salon or call 785-874-3306.

The gym is locked, you will HAVE to download the new RhinoFit app and follow the instructions to access the gym with your barcode. (PLEASE DO THIS AT HOME BEFORE YOU COME TO THE GYM) We understand that this is frustrating and all new. We are working diligently to get everything switched over and help everyone. With this being said, being rude and impatient with staff will not help this process at all. It’s frustrating on our end as well, but it is a much needed upgrade to keep the gym running as it should!

You will access the gym using our barcode scanner outside the door. You can access your barcode by doing the following:
Because of further property destruction by members/children in the gym will begin using the access control immeditely. IF YOU HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED THE APP or accessed your account you will not be able to get in.
Going forward, ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN under the age of 14 allowed in the gym. KIDS 14/15 must be accompanied by a parent. If a member is seen bringing their kids in the gym your access will be revoked permenantly.

A couple of screenshots to help with the most common questions!! How to add payment profile and family members!!
We are getting a lot of people transitioning to the app! Thank you! We are monitoring Facebook messages with questions if you have them. Also, you WILL HAVE TO enter your payment information if you are a monthly member before Nov 1 for your membership to renew…..Again, I did not transition any financial information to this program because it was securely stored after entry and I don’t have access to it!
The emails for the new app went out this morning. The access control will be active Monday morning at 10am. If you have not set up the app and your account, you will not have access until you do!
In the coming days you will be receiving an email from RhinoFit, our new membership system. When you get that, you will be required to set up your account. Once that is completed you can download the RhinoFit app from the App Store and manage memberships through that. When you want access to the gym, simply open the app and scan your barcode. YOUR CURRENT KEY FOBS WILL NOT WORK. Yes this is a pain, but with the issues we are facing with access control, it has to be this way.
For families, there is a section in the app to add members by email address so they can have access as well!
This system will require you to reenter payment information because I do not and did not store any of that in the old system. Please do not do this yet, as it is showing some members owing money already….the software company is going through and deleting that as we speak.
The transition to this system will be rocky, but I think you will all enjoy the freedom it offers!

**Update**
We are switching software platforms to give members much more access to their memberships and payment profiles. Members will be able to add, cancel, modify, etc memberships through the app. If you want access to the app for memberships we will have to have an email address on file for you. Next time you are in the gym, look for the sheet to provide us that information. Once we transition to the new system you can download the app and be good to go! This app can also act as your key fob.

We are doing this for multiple reasons, mostly for better management of memberships and accessibility issues with access control. You may have noticed our door being in and out of commission. We try to expedite these repairs but our software/hardware company is in New Zealand and everything takes FOREVER. So, hopefully this change will benefit all of us.
