Boxing 7 pm class is rockin!! Two coaches for every class. Stop by and try a class. Mitt work, bag work, cardio, partner drills, sparring and core. Little of everything today. This isn't cardio boxing..Learn to box from coaches with experience.

After 6 weeks, Anna has come a long way. She puts in the hard work every day...no matter what. Still a few spots open so stop by and step into the ring 🥊🥊 It's fun but it ain't easy.
