Great kids class this morning. Get your kids off their computers and phones for an hour and stop by for a free trial class.

Little fun after class since everyone worked really hard. Just body shots today. It's good to get in the ring and practice what we work on during class.

Little mitt work after class with Coach Ben. You can never get too much practice. Stop by and work with very knowledgeable coaches with years of experience. All coaches at Hands Up are USA boxing certified.

Classes are filling up fast!! Stop by for a trial class asap. Two trainers for the classes so everyone gets plenty of one on one time. Everyone gets a killer workout every class no matter what.
