My name is Karina Rodriguez and I am health coach and group fitness instructor.
Personally, I don’t think the government wants people aware of their bodies natural ability to heal and thrive. The pharmaceutical industry, health insurance companies and hospitals pay millions of dollars in lobbying to politicians. The FDA also sends out warning letters to holistic health companies such as one of my favorite essential oils companies . The ad did not claim to cure coronavirus as there is no cure. It read “Complex, constantly mutating biological agents such as a virus requires an equally complex bio compound solution.” The ad was for Tea Tree Oil which I bought after and have been loving so thanks FDA. They also raided a medical spa in Michigan for providing vitamin C injections to frontline workers like hospital staff, policemen, first responders, grocery store employees and others who work with the general public and are at higher risk for contracting the virus.
I got a lot of messages saying “it’s not that easy to just boost your immune system” well actually it is. I knew that because of the movie “Game Changers” on Netflix and my own research. Just one meal can greatly effect your immune system. We should be looking at long term health one meal at a time anyways, that is something that’s greatly helped my clients develop a healthy LIFESTYLE. One meal, one day at a time.
Here are some tips to start boosting your immune system now!
1. Get enough sleep. My biggest tip for trouble sleeping is to stop using your phone an hour before bed. I also on occasion take melatonin in the form of Sleep Now from Herbalife.
2. Eat more plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes that are rich in nutrients and antioxidants.
3. Protect your gut health with probiotics or fermented foods such as pickled vegetables and kombucha.
4. Exercise regularly. Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity and 2 days of strength training exercises.
5. Manage stress with meditation, deep breathing and expressing gratitude.

goes out to the beautiful . I remember when I first met her and we discussed her body goals. I told her she would have to give up alcohol for a certain period of time and she was like not having it lol. I said if you can get past this, you will have that dream, fitness girl body you’ve always wanted. The truth is, it’s so much easier to maintain than get there.
As most of my friends know I love my weekend michis and big meals but it took me years of muscle building and fat loss to sustain cheat days. You have to create that DISCIPLINE FIRST and it’s not easy. It’s super freaken hard, frustrating and you feel like you’re giving up so much in the beginning but it’s beyond worth it.
Drinks with friends are here and there but facing yourself in the mirror is EVERYDAY. It brings extreme joy to my heart to see this girl feeling herself so much lately and all the bomb ass selfies. Now she’s at a place where she can enjoy her occasional drinks. if she wants a shredded six pack or something then she knows what she’ll have to do.
Set your goals not by what you want to look like but by what you’re willing to sacrifice. I promise you that self-confidence will make your life so much happier than any drink or cheat meal. 💪💕👯♀️

I only do Twerk once a month because the choreography takes me foreverrrrr. I have no background in dance other than Zumba and this is a huge challenge for me but I love it!
The reason I wanted to do this class was because I used to love to go out, drink and dance all night. The drinking got pretty out of control and I had to focus on my health and safety so I stopped going out. I realized it wasn’t the drinking that I loved. What I loved was being ratchet with my friends lmao 😂 . I created this class for women to have fun, get nasty and be home by 10pm.
