Norwalk Junior Soccer Association NJSA is proud to be serving our community for over 50 years. Developing players, building character, and creating lifelong memories.

Recreation • Travel • Training • Camps The Norwalk Junior Soccer Program is a non-profit organization dedicated to the enjoyment and development of soccer players in our community. Our primary focus is to provide an opportunity for every player to have fun, learn the sport and develop life skills through love for the game of soccer. We create a positive environment that fosters players to have fun and learn teamwork. Competition is a natural part of the sport, but it is not the primary objective.

Keep Her in the Game 💙⚽️

Last week, as part of our KHITG activities, the girls created a Team Contract by sharing what they want from soccer and how they want to treat one another.

Their words highlighted kindness, support, hard work, respect, teamwork, encouragement, and sportsmanship.

The girls give so much to the game. We also want soccer to give something back — friendship, confidence, belonging, growth, and a place where they feel supported and free to make mistakes.

Together, their Post-it notes created a promise for the kind of soccer experience they want to build — and deserve. 💙
