“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

We have a lot of thoughts about coaching, but one of them is that caring deeply is absolutely fundamental. Caring about the details, about your growth, about practice design and progression, about technical development - and most importantly - caring about you as people and not just volleyball players. Volleyball is just one small piece of the puzzle, and your performance on the court does not define you.

No matter what level team, league, class, or clinic you are playing in, we believe everyone deserves coaches who care. A lot. Like Coach Zosia here - as a former Northeast athlete, she has been in your shoes before and knows what it takes. She knows the pressure, the struggles, the growth, and the joy.

When we are evaluating and training our coaches, this is always one of the first things we discuss. Athletes who want to learn training with coaches who care leads to tremendous growth. 🤝
