🔥 8 Week Challenge Update

Over the last 8 weeks everyone in the challenge has been putting in work. Early mornings, tough workouts, showing up when it wasn’t easy. And we saw some great progress across the board.

But one person separated from the pack.

Not because of some secret workout…
Not because she trained more than everyone else…

Because she did the thing most people struggle to do.

She adjusted her nutrition.

She committed to one simple rule:
Minimum 90g of protein every single day.

Consistency.
Day after day.
Week after week.

And the data tells the story:
⬇️ Body Fat: 31% → 26.4%
⬇️ Weight: 196.2 → 194
⬆️ Lean Mass: 135.4 → 142.9

⬆️ Muscle Mass: 127 → 133.8
This is a perfect example of why the number on the scale doesn’t always tell the full story.
Sometimes the pounds don’t move much because recomposition is happening.

Fat goes down. Muscle goes up.

And when you build more muscle, your metabolism improves… which eventually means you can actually eat more food while still improving your body composition.

That’s the long game.

What makes it even better?
Andrea is a remote client.
She doesn’t train inside the gym every day.
She follows the program, checks in, adjusts nutrition, and puts in the work on her own.

Proof that you don’t need perfect conditions…
You just need consistency.

🏆 Challenge Winner: Andrea

280 lb bench. PR.

6 months ago Ben wasn’t doing much upper body work.

Strong hockey legs. Solid base.
But no real structure for strength up top.

That’s where personal training matters.
A plan.

Progression.
Technique.
Accountability.

Not just lifting — training with purpose.
Every set with intention. Every rep coached.
That’s how numbers move safely and consistently.

Ben trusted the process.
Now he’s pressing 280.
Next stop: 300 lbs.

If you’ve got goals but no clear path —
let’s build the plan and get to work.

Off the couch. Into the gym.

Mom wanted the boys moving more and less time on video games.

Now they’re here working.

Boxing gives young athletes:
• Structure
• Self-confidence
• Coordination
• Strong work ethic
• A healthy outlet for energy

Less screens. More sweat.

If your child needs activity, discipline, and confidence —
this is where it starts.

DM “KIDS BOXING” to get them in. 🥊

performing teaser like Pilates was always intended to be done…

Slow.
Controlled.
Mindful.
Powerful.

She strength trains 2–3x/week, and throws Pilates in as an “active rest day”…

…but let’s be clear:
Pilates with Bruce isn’t rest.

This is training — just a different kind of strong. 💪🔥

sNOw days off! ❄️💪

Kevin and Miller didn’t miss their workout today — even with the heavy snow last night.

This is what it’s about.
Dad shows up… and the kids start learning that training is just what we do.

At Rise Up, we keep it real:
✅ Parents welcome
✅ Kids welcome
✅ Dogs welcome
(As long as they’re potty trained… or rocking diapers 😅🐶👶)

If you’ve been trying to stay consistent but life keeps getting in the way — this is your sign.
Come train with us and lead from the front.

DM me “NO DAYS OFF” and I’ll set you up with a personal training consult.
