Girls Club is back!

Be Fierce Girls Club is a place for girls to learn real-world self-defense, practice using their voices, build confidence, set boundaries, and find their pack.

Girls Club meets throughout the school year with hands-on activities, self-defense training, real-life situations, and plenty of time to have fun with other girls.

For girls in grades 1–8.

Be Fierce is a nonprofit program, and cost should never be the reason a girl can't participate. Families can choose the support level that works for them, including $0.

Have you ever thought about trying karate… and then talked yourself out of it?

Maybe you think you need to get in shape first.
Maybe you think you're too old to start.
Maybe walking into a karate school when you don't know what you're doing sounds a little intimidating.

Here's the thing:

You don't have to be in shape to start karate. You start karate to get stronger.

Our new beginner class starts September 8 at 4:30 PM, and beginners really are beginners. You don't need experience. You don't need to know the terminology. You don't need to be able to kick over your head.

You just have to start.

Want your daughter to speak up when you're not there?

Telling her to “use her voice” isn't enough.

She needs a chance to practice what that actually looks and feels like — before she's in the moment and the stakes are higher.

That's what we do in Girls Club.

We practice speaking up. Setting boundaries. Asking for help. Handling uncomfortable situations. And figuring out what to do when something just doesn't feel right.

Because telling isn't training.

Practice is.

We don't just tell girls to be confident. We give them opportunities to practice. 🧡

That’s a big part of what we do in Be Fierce Girls Club.

Girls practice using their voices, setting boundaries, asking for help, handling uncomfortable situations, making decisions, and learning what to do when things don’t go as planned — all in a safe place where they can learn and grow.

Because someday we won’t be standing beside them. We want them to have the tools to stand strong on their own.
