So excited to see those of you that are coming to our 1st Mommy and Me Class this Thursday from 6-7pm!
We will be incorporating dance along with singing, yoga and Pilates. There will be a lot of baby and mommy interactive time and time to meet other Mothers!
Your baby will become your key to working out and you will learn techniques that you will be able to utilize at home.
Bring a mat if you have one. If not, don't worry, I have some for you to use!
