With a life of experience in both sports and fitness, I am looking to help serious clients who not only want to work out but actually see results. I have been training privately since 2008 having worked with kids ages 12-15, high school and college athletes, the working population and retired senior citizens looking to stay active. I offer in home training using resistant bands or your personal equipment, can come to a gym with you if given permission from the facility or have equipment in Norwood where I work out of a shop. Things to do at home:
Jumping jacks, push ups, abs*, mountain climbs, bodyweight squats, lunges, dips with chairs, presses with equally weighted items
*Crunches, bicycle crunches, lying leg raises, butterfly kicks, seated leg ups, plank holds, oblique twists standing or seated
Yoga.
Also, walk or jog up and down your stairs for cardio.
