Mini Maulers yesterday was great! The girls learned how to make their RNC attacks even more successful by using their legs to trap an arm before attacking the RNC. Then we worked on some punches and kicks, including learning the front hand uppercut.
Come try out a class for free, girls ages 4-17. If you like it, first month is 20% off.
This is a great low pressure class for girls to get into martial arts!

Today we celebrated Mini Maulers turning 1! We decorated cookies and had delicious conchas made & donated by Katā€™s mom ( thank you!!!) and did a short striking session.
Thank you to all the parents who have helped make this class a success and gotten us to a year. Sharing jiujitsu and MMA with the next generation is such a blessing to be able to do & we wouldnā€™t be able to do it without the community.
And a huge thank you to these young ladies who show up each week and try their hardest. Our goal by starting Mini Maulers was to help instill confidence, self discipline and determination & each of these girls embody these qualities and much more!
