Pinnacle is Norwood's top strength and conditioning facility. We specialize in Adult group training and boot camps as well as athlete performance training.

Owned and operated by Jason Aguiar since October 2014. Earning certifications as a CSCS, FMS and USAW, Jason is the head Strength and Conditioning coach for Northeastern University's Division 1 baseball team.

Join us 9/13 for the annual Massachusetts Run For The Fallen. This is a 5K run/ruck/walk to honor the Massachusetts service members who given their lives. Proceeds support Gold Star Families and local military programs through the Military Friends Foundation.
