One of our main foundations of speed training is utilizing our patent treadmills for overspeed training
Overspeed training helps athletes move beyond their normal limits by training at speeds 8–13% faster than their top competitive speed. This advanced training method challenges the nervous system, recruits additional muscle fibers, and enhances speed, and overall athletic performance.
✅ Activates muscle motor units that are not typically engaged during regular training
✅ Improves stride efficiency and range of motion
✅ Develops faster reaction times and movement patterns
When done correctly, overspeed training uses specialized equipment to support balance, maintain proper mechanics, and reduce impact forces on the body, allowing athletes to train faster while minimizing injury risk.

Using plyofloor cords for posterior and anterior resistance through the hips and glutes is a piece of proprietary equipment that we utilize for power development and explosiveness
Phase 1A:
Posterior resistance jumping on to a box using combinations of double leg and single leg jumps
Phase 1B:
Adding plate to add a loaded arm swing for all movements. In this phase we incorporated double leg squats, and SL skater squats on the boxes
Phase 1C:
Double leg box jumps and SL box jumps with no resistance or plates to a 30in box
Phase 2A:
With anterior resistance, they need to jump over the pads, fighting the resistance pull of their hips. Using 2 legs they switch between, linear, lateral, and diagonal jumps
Phase 2B:
Adding another pad, to force more power through resistance cords, going through the same series
Phase 3A
Using power through the hips, with no resistance, they get up from the ground and jump over the linear hurdle with 2 legs
Phase 3B:
They get up from the ground, and there are added lateral jumps to the drills
