Open mat will be this Friday, September 4th 6pm-8ish
Gi & No Gi

We will have Gymnastics For Jiujitsu first, from 6-6:30pm. We will be running this class on a donation basis going forward, pay what you can.

Come get some good rolls, no mat fee!
