Who is ready for week 2 of our Countdown Challenge? This week we will be focusing on Nutrition with with our guest professional, Daryl Goldes.

Daryl, ADCRG, is a registered dietitian in an acute care teaching hospital in Southern California. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed her post-baccalaureate dietetic internship at Iowa State University. Her diverse experience includes intensive care, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, behavioural health, eating disorders, and weight management.

Daryl’s history in the Irish dancing field includes thirteen years of competition, placing at the regional, national, and world championship level. Daryl is currently a TCRG and ADCRG with IDTANA. Daryl is thrilled for the opportunity to be a part of Fit for Phoenix.
