Elevating Human Potential Through the Art & Science of Masterful Coaching with our ICF Accredited Coaching

We've noticed that people find us when new career potentials are ready to awaken! They are also ready to pivot away from the old paradigms that are no longer working. They acknowledge there is a difference between ancient wisdoms that support success and old models that keep people and companies stuck. The people who love us also understand, at a gut level, that humanity could be doing so much better, and they are excited to play a key role in the shifts happening! If you resonate with this and love being a part of solutions in people's lives, then we invite you to get to know us and our programs. Our students report feeling a deep calling to coach others. If you feel this calling as well, are seeking ICF Credentialing, and love learning new impact-driven methodologies, we invite you to explore the variety of options we offer!

Congratulations, Susan Martinez-Nagele, on completing your Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC) program! 🎉

One of the things that makes this work so meaningful is the opportunity to connect with people who share a desire to help others grow. Susan shared how meeting like-minded people, coaching alongside others, and witnessing coaching sessions were such valuable parts of her experience.

Coaching is not just about learning skills. It's also about learning with one another, gaining confidence through practice, and being part of a community where support continues beyond the program.

Susan, we're so glad you chose the Institute for Integrative Intelligence as part of your coaching journey! We're celebrating this milestone with you and look forward to seeing how your learning continues to shape the way you serve others.

Congratulations, Susan! 💛

Congratulations, Chesca Ward, on completing Level Two of the Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC) program! 🎉

One of the things I love about integrative coaching is that the growth doesn't stop with the clients we serve. It also happens within us. Chesca shared how the program not only strengthened her coaching skills but also supported her own personal growth in ways she didn't expect. Even her family and friends have noticed the changes!

This is such a beautiful reminder that as we grow in our ability to support others, we also create space for our own transformation. 💛

Chesca is an Executive Coach at Qnique Coaching, and we're honored to celebrate this milestone in her coaching journey.

Chesca, congratulations on this accomplishment! We're cheering you on as you continue to grow, serve, and make a meaningful impact through your work.

Leaders, raise your hand if every question, problem, and decision seems to come back to you.

You care about your team and want to support them well. Yet being everyone’s first stop for answers can leave you feeling pulled in every direction—with little room to think ahead.

Your everyday leadership conversations are a place to begin changing that pattern.

Today, we’re celebrating Erica He, Founder & CEO at Emery Power LLC, on completing our Level Two coach training program at The Institute for Integrative Intelligence®!

As an educator, Erica has long been passionate about supporting others’ growth. Here’s what she shared about her experience:

“Throughout my career as an educator, I've been driven by the desire to help people grow. I'm often seen as the teacher or consultant who gives the ideas. IIL's coaching program gave me a new tool to help people grow that pulls out their strengths and knowledge rather than primarily relying on me to impart that knowledge. This method builds more confidence and long-term success among the clients.”

Congratulations, Erica! We’re proud of your dedication to learning and helping others grow.
