Nutley American Opening Day Ceremonies

Get ready for an exciting kickoff to the 2026 season! We’re looking forward to a great day of baseball, community, and fun.

Opening Day Timeline
8:40 AM
Players arrive in full uniform and gather with their teams by the LF bleachers at Majors Field (Lower Street Level Field)

8:50 AM
League officers begin lining teams up on the field in preparation for ceremonies

9:30 AM – Ceremonies Begin
• Player & team introductions
• Opening remarks by President Joe Hannon and town officials

After Introductions
Little League Pledge read by 12-year-old Majors team representatives

10:30 AM
First official pitch of the season thrown on all fields

Let the games begin… PLAY BALL!

Important Reminders
• Families & friends are encouraged to attend and support all teams
• Arrive early to allow time for parking
• If you have a game, consider parking near your assigned field for easy access and departure
