Just back from another incredible teaching vacation at the breathtaking Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa and feeling truly grateful🌴☀️

Since it’s low season (and with Hurricane Erin looming), class sizes were small, which made each session on the stunning beach extra special🌊 🧘🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️
Loved meeting amazing folks from the USA, England, Brazil, Spain & Mexico🌍

And I must give a huge shoutout to the exceptional staff—always smiling, welcoming, and full of joy… pure EXCELENTE🇩🇴❤️

Teaching vacation #3 .
Every morning at 8:30, under the palapa, we moved through yoga, stretching and Pilates-surrounded by the sea breeze, swaying palms and bathed in golden light☀️🌴🌊
Afternoon sessions took place in the beautiful, serene spa —a true sanctuary for body and mind🌸🍃
This quaint Zen resort was wonderfully quiet & serene.
Had the pleasure to meet lovely people from the USA, Canada & England, not to mention the wonderful staff...grateful for every bit of it, muchas gracias 🙏

That’s a wrap, my 2nd teaching vacation in Dominican Republic with Fit Bodies Inc. 🇩🇴 Yoga/stretching classes every morning at 9:30 on beach. Met lovely people from the US, Europe & Canada.
A wonderful trip all around…great weather, excellent staff, beautiful serene grounds and even played golf with hubby who tagged along😊❤️🙏🧘‍♀️🥥🌴⛳️

Had an amazing week long teaching vacation at Secrets Cap Cana, Punta Cana. First teaching vacation in the books. Teaching yoga at 9:30am at the beach and 5:00pm at the spa. The resort is fabulous in a beautiful setting, entire staff was so helpful & accommodating and met many wonderful people. I am very grateful for this incredible experience🫶
