The truth is life is full of nuances and shades of gray. Progress often comes in small increments, not giant leaps. By recognizing and challenging all-or-nothing thinking, you open yourself up to a world of possibilities and opportunities for growth.

Vulnerability is essential for building authentic and caring relationships. For many, opening up can feel challenging, even impossible. Vulnerability carries risks, and not everyone is deserving of our trust. However, by understanding what vulnerability truly is, what it isn’t, and what it can do for our relationships, we can better navigate when and how to be more open with those we care about.

I'm convinced that every cell in my body responds to what I say.

How many times have we said, "I'm broke," "I'm sick," or "I'm catching a cold or virus," and watched it come to pass? Little do we realize that when we open our mouth, we are prophesying! Why not say, "I have all the money I will ever need," "I'm catching another healing!" or "colds and viruses can't catch up with me, for goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life!"
