YES!!! This is the truth we need on social media — stop beating yourself up about images that are filtered, angled, and unrealistic. Our bodies are beautiful and strong and just wear the dang outfit/swimsuit and breathe in confidence.
I know this sounds easier said than done, but having a positive mindset is a “practice” and isn’t achieved over night. Practice make perfect so stay consistent with self-love and you will get there ❤️ 🤗
And TOGETHER we will get there, ladies - give the love and acceptance that you want to receive and let’s build a world that celebrates all bodies.
