OCD Painting and Remodeling

Current project is coming along nicely! Won’t be long before we are done it feels like.

We just finished up a basement remodel for our good friends/neighbors! All new floors, paint, trim, lights and a bathroom update! Thank you again for trusting us with your project. We hope your family can enjoy this space for years to come!

From fixing a bunch of nail pops, and patching a few good size holes in the drywall to installing new can lights, all new flooring, baseboards…..the vanity and toilet will be the last pieces of this project!

Another project wrapped up! This one took a little time and some planning but we got it figured out! Knocked out a wall that was just dead space to open it up for more storage. Also took out the door and installed a pocket door! Finished up the tile and trim work as well. Next will be some shelving for this closet and it’s all done!

Another project in the books! This one was a full remodel inside and out! We can install flooring, cabinets, tile work, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and of course paint! Everything came together so well on this remodel.

Our latest job is now complete! Full interior renovation from top to bottom including the basement! House has been staged and is currently on the market!

Removed a wall to really open it up. Installed new drywall, new can lights, paint, flooring, covered the support beam with wood (will stain to match the floor), new electrical, and refinished the fireplace!

Keep in mind that a lot of prep work went into this place before we actually painted the walls with color! We did edge out and roll all walls today though. Only minor touchups remain for Monday!
