❓What’s the Difference Between Beginner Pole & Beginner Exotic Pole?

One of our most frequently asked questions at Pink Lemon Studio is what makes these two classes different! Let’s break it down. 👇

✨ Level 1 Beginner Pole
This class focuses on the fundamentals of pole dance! You’ll learn basic grips, spins, beginner tricks, proper technique, and strength-building exercises to help you feel confident on the pole.

💋 Level 1 Beginner Exotic Pole
This class focuses on sensual movement, flow, and dancing! You’ll explore floorwork, leg work, transitions, and moving around the pole to music. Heels are often part of the style, but you can start without them!

The biggest difference?
Beginner Pole focuses more on spins, tricks, and pole technique, while Beginner Exotic focuses more on fluid movement, floorwork, and musicality.

And yes, both classes are beginner-friendly! You don’t need prior pole or dance experience to get started.
