💥WOW💥 What an improvement by this group at Neligh! How many young adults do you know that would get up this early, drive to Neligh AND do a hurdle workout in the summer? So proud of them! Thanks to my Assistant Coaches Emerson Mlnarik and Cierra Morten for helping and special thanks to Coach Eickholt from Neligh for allowing us to use their beautiful facilities this summer. 💛🚧💛
