With that being said, I’m offering 5 spots for 1 on 1 personal training this summer to help your athlete stay focused on their health and fitness! Keeping them prepared, as well as getting better, faster and stronger for the next coming school year! 💪🏼

This is also an amazing opportunity to make sure your child is positively occupying their time this summer, or if you just need a break for a couple hours, mom or dad, I got you! 😁

My availability to coach this summer is

Monday thru Friday, 7am-Noon and 6pm-10pm

Saturday 7am-2pm
