Another great early morning Saturday session with Gil and Veeani. 💪🏾

Ran the 15k hot chocolate run! Ended up placing 164 out of 274. With a 9:18 mile pace. I had a lot of of fun running through the city. I decided to run the Milwaukee Marathon in April so this kicked off my training for that 💪🏾

Found this plant-based protein powder at target. It’s just Pea & Rice protein no extra additives. It’s pretty good. I made a banana & berry smoothie with it. 💪🏾
