Grow your Game: 2 levels, 1 goal

Level 2 (5th and 6th graders) will focus on proper introduction to the sport of volleyball and fundamental skills, mechanics, and team play. The series will cover the following skills: approach, passing, serving, hitting, setting, and intro to team play.

Level 3 (7th and 8th graders) will build their volleyball skills, advance their mechanics, and incorporate skills into team play. The series will cover the following skills: approach, passing, serving, hitting, setting, blocking, defensive techniques, and team play each day.

Just a reminder, our first practice is this Wednesday, November 13 from 8-9:45 pm. All athletes should wear a black tshirt, and come dressed to play. Athletes must exit the building after practice through the main doors off Scoville. If you have not done so, please make sure Ignite has the following:
