Join me for Paddleboard Yoga at Melton Lake Park this Saturday!

Take your practice to the water! We will host two classes, August 10th & 24th at 11:00am at Melton Lake Park. Challenge your balance, focus, and core strength and enjoy the beautiful summer weather. Join us for an unforgettable adventure on the water! This class is open to all levels – if you aren’t afraid to get wet, we would love to have you!

We will be meeting at Melton Lake Park near the stairs that lead to the water. Don’t have a paddleboard no problem. Adventure Outdoor Center is located next to the Oak Ridge Rowing Association and offers rentals. They have up to 10 boards available. Make sure to reserve yours before signing up for class.

We are hosting 2 summer sessions in late July/August for 3-6 year olds. Our Little Warriors summer camps will focus on building direction following skills, coordination, and self-confidence through games, yoga, martial arts drills, and structures play.
