A note for all former National Martial Arts students ⬇️:
An 11 year throwback for you guys when I got promoted to a blue belt by my Brazilian instructor Ramon Carriço. An old school BJJ tradition by running through the “gauntlet” after getting promoted to the next belt.
If you are a former National Martial Arts student, as I’m sure you are already aware, National Martial Arts Oak Ridge is no more. With that being said, the spirit from this video still lives on at the new facility/academy that I own in Resolute Martial Arts & Fitness.
